When the skill level is low and challenge is low, it’s apathy. As the skill level increases but the challenge remains low, it becomes boredom and then relaxation. When the skill low but the challenge is high, it becomes worry and anxiety. As the skill level goes up, it becomes arousal, flow, and control.
